A popular theory says creative people are generally “right brained” (the right side of their brain is dominant in decision making), and in contrast, analytical thinkers are generally “left brained”. Although subsequent research suggests this theory is unfounded [1]<\/sup><\/a>, when creative and analytical minds come together, they often provide very different perspectives.<\/p>\n

Different perspectives are important, but finding a way to make them work together sometimes requires diplomacy. In web development, this often falls to front end developers because this is often where the work of the various teams meet.<\/p>\n
